Wars in the Middle East and Monetarism: America No Longer Defends Freedom or Capitalism Around the World

Those who manipulate public opinion and the markets would have everyone believe that America is on the brink of collapse, due in part to its 40,000 billion debt, when in fact its greatest liability is a massive monetary hypertrophy… which is being carefully concealed!

Explanations…

1 / The federal government’s gross debt is close to 40,000 billion dollars, but what matters is the net debt, which is in the order of 26,000 billion dollars—equivalent to 82% of current annual GDP.

The difference between gross debt and net debt serves to conceal a monetary hypertrophy of more than 13,000 billion dollars.

2 / The ratio of the U.S. M3 money supply to current annual GDP (as a percentage)—at 112%—reveals another monetary bubble in the order of 14,000 billion dollars.

3 / For more than 50 years, FOMC members have consistently raised the Fed’s benchmark interest rate to trigger a recession and prevent the formation of monetary bubbles, but this type of monetary policy has become ineffective because the monetary hypertrophy is now too great.

A war against Iran could have triggered a major global crisis that might have burst these two monetary bubbles, thereby restoring sound money in the United States.

Following the failure of this attempt, no solution is feasible to restore America’s greatness!

Paradoxically, it is the Communist Party, which is in power in China, that best defends freedom and capitalism in the world in the 21st century—after a century of Marxist communism!

This is historic.

Ronald Reagan brought down the USSR and communism; Donald sealed the end of America’s greatness.
